Seeking support for your mental well-being is brave and may be a bit scary. Pricing should not get in the way of care. The impact of capitalism and colonialism often makes access to care unequal and imbalanced. This is why I offer a sliding scale. I do not require income verification. I trust that you will reflect deeply and contribute at the highest level you are able.  

Trust is a radical act of resistance against scarcity mindsets, fostering collective care rooted in radically reimagining community healing.
