Abolition Is…

Building a future from the present.  It is fundamental for collective and community safety—an act of radical love. Abolition is harm reduction. It is access to dignified, culturally responsive, and systems-aware mental health care.

Community care rooted in radical love.

Land Acknowledgement

Abolition is Healing operates on the unceded lands of the Tongva-Gabrielino peoples.   We labor and love on these lands with gratitude and mindfulness of the ancestors.  We strive to walk gently and mindfully as we occupy territories thefted by greed.  By grounding into indigenous logics and amplifying the Land Back movement, we seek to decolonize these lands in communion with the original peoples of these lands.

  • Healing in Community

There’s power in gathering, where our shared stories become soundtracks of resilience and liberation. In group work, we hold space for each other, witnessing healing in real-time and reminding one another we were never meant to do this alone.

Come as you are. Together, we move from silence to symphony.
